Yes I just pierced Maya's ears. She's been asking for it for a while. And I kept telling her : It will be painful, you know! She said : I know BAH! ( very Sabahan ) .
So finally we did it. The first left ear, she didn't even cry. But after the second one, she cried. For a while only. I bought her a spiderman balloon. And the rest are history.
I had mine when I was about 11 years old. I went with my sister. I didn't cry though.

I got mine pierced when I was 12. At that time, only a few friends had their ears pierced..some of them the traditional way of piercing (cucuk jarum or something terus kat cuping telinga),and some of them got the "tembak" type. My mother brought me for the "tembak" type. I sat down on a high stool, waiting for the "shooter" to stand probably ten feet away from me, with some sort of gun, in the normal "shooting position". I was scared!
Little that I know that the "tembak" type was NOT EVEN CLOSE to what I described it to be..and I was RELEIVED...!kahkahkah!!!
hehe.. you bought balloon... my mil bought doll for her.. and of cos the rest is history....
hehe.. and i only got my ears pierced when i was 17!!.. unda was with me.. hahahah..
I love blog, because any person can blog in their own feelings and to share things with. But i suppose the blog could only be improved if you posted more often.
