Found quarks here in shanghai . So i made galletes and dukan maddelines ( with cinnamon and ginger) . It super yumz!

For lunch I had pan fried chicken breast with soya and garlic , topped with low fat cheese .

Konjac for dukan diet

So I bought this konjac or konyaku piece and noodle . This is no limit food so yay! It has zero calories wohooo

The dinner is ginger onion stir fry beef with konjac ;)

Dukan diet attack phase

So I am trying Dukan diet and it works good so far!!

So for my lunch today , was homemade dukan nuggets and dukan galletes :)
