Remember I wanted to do some "workout" just to toned up? At the end, I know my self best, I won't make it at the gym ( tried that before) because , there are a lot my excuses not to go ( weather, schedules, timing etc) . So far I like the idea of working out at home. And I got some tips to search the PILATES video on youtube.
And so far, I love it. I've just been doing this for over a week , And I did it gradually . And I found it to be wonderful.
So here are some of my favorite pilates videos that I do alternately ( still building my stamina and resistance and I don't want to injure my back )
My personal fave is the 10 min abs workout and the butt and arms workouts!
If only I can get a treadmill for my house!!!

thanks for reminding me this - will try them out! I miss my yoga session!
I like pilates too..I still feel the muscles working and like that "stretched" feeling..
Now weekends I find time to jog :)
I'm just afraid if I get a treadmill, it'll be a white elephant in my home! And I dont think I have space to put it also..
