Bye Bye Kindy for Indy
Oh wow how time flies......
Indiana just finished her Kindergarten years and had her Concert on Sunday 9th of November 2008 at Yayasan Sabah.
She has been performing for 3 years in a row now. Mostly are dancing, last year she was singing a Mandarin song and an English song.
This year, she dance with the Hi Five song.
Pardon me for the bad quality of the photos. I was doing video as well, my dh hold Maya, and we were sitting in the middle row, so the lighting is not so good . We captured a good video this time, but I don't know how to upload it to my pc as I need to search for the USB cable and our view cam is about 7 years old, so I am not sure if it can be use with USB .LOL. Definetly need to upgrade it.

So Bye bye Kindergarten years for Indy. I know she enjoy so much to learn and go to her kindergarten. I hope she will enjoy her new school and will make more friend and will have a great memory.
I had my first sleepover with my primary best friends at age of 10. And I remember every details of it until today. The fun that we had, the mischief that we did! When we met ,me and my childhood friends , we can still laugh out of loud if we think and talk about those days.
And I hope Indy will too one day, remembering her kindy days or primary days with her friends with joy and great memory. This is the purpose for it anyway, one day she will be able to read about her in my blog :)

My part time helpers!
So in the Saturday and Sunday afternoon I've decided to give these 2 partimers a try.
First task :
To clean the glass door.
The result : quite impressive as they can share and not fighting .
The mess factor : 2 out of 5, since it is just water and outdoor, so it is ok for me.
The equipments needed: small bucket, small brush, sponge, small broom and tons of laugh .
The rewards : one scoop of ice cream afterward and 2 BIG hugs for each of them.

To wash the dogs
The result : quite ok. The dogs are clean , but the helpers are all wet.
The mess factor : 4 out of 5 , but it is ok, the helpers then wash them self outside in the paddling pool.
The equipment needed: water hose, pet's soap, free hands that are not scare of the dogs or it's hair, dog' leash to keep the dog in the place.
The rewards : one pack of crackers for the bigger helper and a breastfeeding session for the young helper.
She even helped me to tied Zeina to the chain leash , And Zeina the poor dog just follow.
Zeina is very fond with the kids and very protective to them.

"I hate bath" Zeina said.....
" will you please be faster!!! I am cold over here!" asked Zeina
( sorry for the photo, I must took the photo very fast , since these helpers still need help to wash the dog :P). They also wash our other dog, Bull, but I didn't take any picture.
Third task ( just for the bigger helper)
To wash the plastic cups
The result : very good. Clean and not oily
The mess factor: 1 out 5.
The equipment needed: sponge, dish washing liquid, footstool ( to let the helper reach the sink)
The rewards : she is actually asking me for RM 1!!!! She wants to put it in her piggy bank.
Overall :
I think I like their performance so far. Definitely will consider to employ them again soon.
I am thinking the next task would be : wash the car, give the dogs to eat, plan some easy to grow plants in the pot.
Beside of the rewards from me, I think they are quite proud of them selves too! They were beaming with biggest smile after they finished each task, and received a big compliments from me and their supervisor , Kakak Helen!

Bravo , Gianluca!!

Congratulation for my brother in law, Gianluca. He just won the international bartender competition Martini Category in Milan and he will go to Bangkok next week to compete for the bigger scale that is the International Prize.

Isn't beautiful? The creation: Martini Gold and Chocolate. My husband siblings are mostly in the Food and Beverage line. So it is really not my fault if I gain weight during our trip to Italy.
Again...Auguri !!

Heroes !!

Woohooo.... Heroes season 3 will be on soon. But I will miss some of it during our family vacation!
I hope I can catch it later.
My favorite " Hero" is

Oh he is so cool!!
And Indy thinks this is more cool :
Her favorite is "Gabriella "
While I think she is still too young for HSM, I much prefer if her idols were:

But she said those are for Maya, and other babies......

Perfect Lazy Saturday afternoon
Nothing to do at home, we would like to take it easy this Saturday. But yet don't want to make the girls bored at home. So I dig out my recipe for fingerpaint recipe. It is easy just cornstarch , water and food coloring! simple!!
I made it in less than 5 mins and then wait for it to cool down.
While they are busy , mama can sip acupocoffee in the rocking chair....
aaaaarh........ almost fall a sleep!!!
And then they all jump into the paddling pool to take the bath outdoor.
So these are my young and very talented artists :

When she is done with the fingerpaint, she move to play with bucket and water.
And to top it and to make it a perfect lazy Saturday afternoon, we call a pizza for dinner later....
Perfect for a lazy momma...no need to cook!
:-D....
HAPPY WEEKEND!!
