First task :
To clean the glass door.
The result : quite impressive as they can share and not fighting .
The mess factor : 2 out of 5, since it is just water and outdoor, so it is ok for me.
The equipments needed: small bucket, small brush, sponge, small broom and tons of laugh .
The rewards : one scoop of ice cream afterward and 2 BIG hugs for each of them.
Upon their arrival to the working scene.
Let's get the scrubbing and rubbing begin!

Second task ( 0n Sunday afternoon):To wash the dogs
The result : quite ok. The dogs are clean , but the helpers are all wet.
The mess factor : 4 out of 5 , but it is ok, the helpers then wash them self outside in the paddling pool.
The equipment needed: water hose, pet's soap, free hands that are not scare of the dogs or it's hair, dog' leash to keep the dog in the place.
The rewards : one pack of crackers for the bigger helper and a breastfeeding session for the young helper.
Spray the water to the dog, Zeina.
She even helped me to tied Zeina to the chain leash , And Zeina the poor dog just follow.Zeina is very fond with the kids and very protective to them.
"I hate bath" Zeina said.....
" will you please be faster!!! I am cold over here!" asked Zeina( sorry for the photo, I must took the photo very fast , since these helpers still need help to wash the dog :P). They also wash our other dog, Bull, but I didn't take any picture.
To wash the plastic cups
The result : very good. Clean and not oily
The mess factor: 1 out 5.
The equipment needed: sponge, dish washing liquid, footstool ( to let the helper reach the sink)
The rewards : she is actually asking me for RM 1!!!! She wants to put it in her piggy bank.

I will wash more plates and glasses when I am biggerI think I like their performance so far. Definitely will consider to employ them again soon.
I am thinking the next task would be : wash the car, give the dogs to eat, plan some easy to grow plants in the pot.
Beside of the rewards from me, I think they are quite proud of them selves too! They were beaming with biggest smile after they finished each task, and received a big compliments from me and their supervisor , Kakak Helen!

i really miss living on a landed property too...our siblings had a lot of fun...ever since living 2 floors up, there's nothing much we can do...i'm already dreaming of a new home and tree house and playhouse...i'm dreaming only...well done for your newly employed staff...

just trying to find some activities for them and even though it can be a real mess, i think it is good to let them help, boat their confidence. Sometimes I like to shoo them away but I " TAHAN" only hahaha...

Ya she use every moment when camera point at her, she will do the pose.
she is very eager to earn $ lately!
she told me she wants the doll baby alive that can be potty trained. ( apalaa, i said you dont need doll for that, help me to potty trained maya la!! hahaa)
Her bestfriend got this doll from toyrus and she wants that too.
So I said she is bigger now, so she must earn it by helping me to chores. And she will get plenty of chance next month during school holiday. She said ok she will.
And she can bargain some more
she said how about you pay me RM 10 perday ?
I said hah so much?? I said I will pay you according to the chore that you do. if RM 10 just to feed the dog and bring dirty plates to the sink,. RUGI!!! in 20 days I must pay her RM 200!!! aiks...

Actually I always plan when my kids are bigger to let them learn the value of money by earning it.
I think it is a good practice since now a days the kids get everything to easy and teach them how to manage their money .
And also to let them do something different during their spare time instead of just tv, computer and video game or trip to the malls..
I know...i should teach maya ABC instead of how to wash the dogs...
hahaha.....but what to do....

Loved this post. Both so adorable and beautiful as usual.
What big help they both are !!! And clean too !!! Sure beat my Kimberly and Ashley. They help their dad with car wash but I think only one tiny portion got cleaned.
Just read the above post, can't imagine time flies. Indy is going to Primary One. I keep thinking of her as a kindergartener !
