Finding motivation

Yes, I've been blabbing lately about getting better in shape by working out. I am thinking to join a gym. Still looking and considerate about where to go with a friend. We need some advice from a trainer if possible to find the movement that we should do with the equipment , in order to hit the right problem area in a efficiency of time. If that is not possible, maybe I would google about the right movement to tone up upper body part, and tone our "ass et" and keep those flabby thigh tight and nice. As we grow older the gravity tends to pull it downward.

But if finding a gym is not possible ( read as LAZY-ness attack back) I would prefer to buy this DVD and work it out from home
It has a positive review and I think it is quiet affordable , It comes with 3 dvd and sold separately. LINK and LINK
The most important for work out DVD it has to be fun! My first work out dvd was the Cindy Crawford's about 15 years ago. And I did join gym also but not regularly.

As years passed , we think about our health more and more. I know that I will need to exercise to improve my stamina, improve blood circulation and body resistance. I am not into getting thinner or concentrate on to loose some lbs. I don't want to be a weak person that will feel completely worn out after just a few hours of activities. I want to feel a good about my self, specially with 2 young active girls. I don't want to turn up to be a weak and lazy mom by the time I will be 40. Eating healthy and cut off some empty calories also will be great .

Another way to motivate me is to buy some "cool" sport outfit, shoes, and maybe I-pod? hahaha.... well I can use my mobile phone to listen to music. So if I can keep to working out for a while I can, maybe, award my self with an i pod? Well enough with wishlist, but a great and upbeat music sure will boast our spirit to move and work it out!

Talking ( emailing) to a friend in France about this lately, and she helped me to motivate my self : when there is a will there is a way.... Now let me find the will......

Sandra! Cindy Crawford's CD was my first workout CD toooo!!! I was studying in the U.S then, biasalah, students tend to put on weight right after landing in a foreign country! I loved the CD.

I'm trying to shed off a few kg too. Well, actually, I havent been trying at all :(

The Pilates CD that I bought 4 weeks ago is still in the TV console drawer.

The bad thing is, now my body starting to sakit-sakit sometimes. And, as u know, a WAHM can have crazy-working-hours. Sleep-starved sometimes. And small kids some more..

If we lived close by, I'm sure we could do some working out together!!
