U will hate me or love me...

Either way I don't care..... Ok I broke my promise! I should blog about other thing but Adam Lambert!! I KNOW! LOL ...if this is not your interest just don't look
Aired in the USA 12th June 10 pm ( just a few hours ago...so you see I save your time to google it or youtubed it!) Here you go....

Who is the lucky one? I think he is very lucky to have both very supportive parents. To accept him for who he is. Suicides in teens are now getting higher. Because of study pressure, drugs, trying to fit it, bullied, stereo typed ,label-ed . As parents , we need to know the balance of giving love and giving our time more than giving material things. Children need to feel they are loved more than anything.
So you see... my Adam's addiction is also inspired me to be a better parent! :)) Alasan

Last but not least ( I like Kris , I think he is cool) here is the comparison of both. And I know many agree , Adam was singing it in different style.
Peace...!!!!

I will promise to post something after this...

I just need to post this... I will post some my regular post ( promise!) I got it in my draft just not been posted yet!

But hey.. who can resist if he is in your local starbucks? Cute

But then he just turn into
And the Ultimate Rock God Sexy Glam

He is on 20/20 now doing interview with his mom and brother. Waiting for it on youtube.

until then.......

Ladies(uhm and gentlemen) you might want to sit before you see this....

Photos spread from the Rolling Stone: ( hold your breath....take a sit!!! don't spill your coffee MOMberts!)

And here is the video from the Rolling Stone,Adam reacts when he first saw his own cover! LOVE it

Kris reaction to Adam's "crush"?

In his Rolling Stone cover story, American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert admitted he'd been crushing on his roommate in the Idol mansion, Kris Allen.

"I was like, 'Oh, s---, they put me with the cute guy ... Distracting!" Lambert
told the magazine. "He's the one guy that I found attractive in the whole group on the show ... totally my type – except that he has a wife."

Allen's response? "I'm flattered," the
Idol winner tells PEOPLE exclusively, "And think it's hilarious."

The duo will have plenty of time to laugh over their missed chance at bromance this summer: Allen, Lambert and the other eight finalists from the show's top ten will hit the road on a 52-date tour starting July 5 in Portland, Ore.
– Rennie Dyball

First Kradam seing for AI tour rehearsal! Aren't they cute? I wonder if Kris's wife feels threaten by Adam? LOL I mean they will be on tour for 2 months together, good that Adam is dating Drake now ! phuih Safer!

And these are from the family album

Adam 4 months

Adam 2.5 years

6 years

12 years

14 years
10 years with his brother Neil

Family photo

A must see link , behind the YHA, Adam and Kara talking about the "gay" thing.

And this is what Adam's brother Neil said about the cover: ( taken from his blog) Caution his blog is really HILARIOUS! and VERY honest! I guess it runs in the family! :)

We land and I proceed to baggage claim. I grab a Rolling Stone on the way because Adam’s on the cover, lips slightly apart doing his best “Which of your kids am I going to defile? Son or daughter?” face. I read the article while waiting for the baggage to arrive and my driver, sent by 20/20 is wandering around with a sign raised high that reads “LAMBERT”. Very subtle. Some hushed whispers elicit from the gaggle of girls behind me and I realize I’m very obviously telling everyone we’re related and put it away.

ok now some bad news: the magazines are sold out in some part in the USA. I wonder if there are extra copies to be send to Sabah? pretty pretty pleeeeeeeeease???????????????????????
But I must admit, I already read the articles. Can't help it, but I still WANT the hard copy!

More on The Rolling Stones interview

He is the newest World's sensation! He is every where now from CNN, NBC, Today Show, MTV, Enews, ET, etc etc! Adam Lambert just need to take in all in! Enjoy the interview ( part of it)

The "Adam Lambert is Gay" cover of Rolling Stone that we've all known for ages was in the pipeline finally hit stands today. In the interview Adam provides the requisite quotes about coming out and why he waited so long to do so.

"I was worried that [coming out] would be so sensationalized that it would overshadow what I was there to do, which was sing," Adam says of his choice to wait this long to address the rumors. As for the photos that stoked the fires, he says, "I've been living in Los Angeles for eight years as a gay man, I've been at clubs drunk making out with somebody in the corner. But photographic evidence? Didn't count on that. Wasn't ready for that."

But there is so much more to Adam than being "'American Idol's' gay runner-up." In fact, I found the quotes that had nothing to do with him "coming out" to be infinitely more fascinating -- elsewhere in the interview Adam talks drugs, crushing on Kris Allen and self-discovery.

Adam on ...

Growing up:
I started to realize I wasn't like every other boy, and I was just in my own head about it, tripping myself out. I was so scared of my sexuality. I didn't feel comfortable in my skin, didn't feel sexy."

Discovering himself at Burning Man:
"I was looking for something and I wasn't sure what it was. [After experimenting with] certain funguses, I had a psychedelic experience where I looked up at the clouds and went, 'Oh!' I realized that we all have our own power, and that whatever I wanted to do, I had to make happen."

His dream Burning Man buddy:
"I'm trying to get Zac Efron to come to Burning Man. He says he really wants to go!"

"American Idol:"
"I saw what David Cook did last year, and it was cool. He thought, 'I have to sing something everybody knows, but I'm going to make it work for me and not give a f*** about the theme.' It is so pageant. That's why it's hard for people like Allison [Iraheta], who won't stand there and smile, say when they want her to say. I was on my best behavior, but it wasn't fake: That really was my best self."

Rooming with Kris Allen:
"I was like, 'Oh, s***, they put me with the cute guy. Distracting! He's the one guy that I found attractive in the whole group on the show; nice, nonchalant, pretty and totally my type -- except that he has a wife. I mean, he's open-minded and liberal, but he's definitely 100 percent straight."

Being himself in the finale:
"I was so excited. I was like, 'I'm going to glue rhinestones on my eyelids, bitch! That's right, 'American Idol' in platform boots. You ain't voting anymore!'"

Female attention:
"I liked it this season when girls went crazy for me. As far as I'm concerned, it's all hot. Just because I'm not sticking it in there doesn't mean that I don't find it beautiful. Lately there's part of me that's almost bi-curious the other way around. I've made out with girls at nightclubs when I had way too many drinks. I don't know if it would ever happen, but I'm kind of interested.

Loving yourself:
"I'm finally checked in to my self-worth for the first time in my life, and the fact that it has coincided with "Idol" is so sweet. I mean, I still have moments where I think, 'Oh, my skin is terrible, and I'm a little fat. I should really go to the gym more.' But for the most part, when I look in the mirror now, I finally see somebody who can do something cool."

Life post-"Idol:"
"Everyone is so hung up on 'Are you pop?' or 'Are you rock?' It's like, 'Um, does this song make you want to dance, or have sex, or remind you of something?' It's not that deep. I'm trying to be a singer, not a civil rights leader. Being a rock star is just playing. It's Halloween, make believe. I can't believe I get to play dress-up for a living now!"

This is what I did!

Taken from here
I remember I did this in my primary school. Part of the "rainbow" theory in science subject.

Disappearing Color Science Experiment

This science experiment is a lot like magic. Watch the colors disappear right in front of your eyes!

Tools

Paper plate
Pencil
Ruler
Markers (purple, blue, green, yellow, orange,
red)
String or yarn

Procedure

1.
Divide your plate into six even sections using your pencil and ruler.

2. Use your markers to color each section one of the colors of the rainbow.

3. Use your pencil to punch two small holes in your plate, each about 1cm from the center. Cut off the excess plate to leave just your colored circle. Lace your string or yard through the holes as shown.

4. Hold one end of the string in each hand so that the color disk is in the middle. Wind up your your disk by turning while you hold the string. You may need the assistance of another person. When the string is wound up tight pull both hands away from each other so that your colored disk spins quickly.

What Happens?
The color will begin to blur together and will eventually appear to disappear or turn white.

Why Does This Happen?

The disk need to be spun quickly in order to create the disappearing effect. At the fast rate of speed your eyes are not able to differentiate each individual color, you create a blurring effect with each color overlapping. Therefore, your brain perceives this combination of color as white light.

Extension
Try this again, but use only two primary colors on your disk. What do you think will happen?

Another one that I did and love to do is:

The Secret Messages

Taken from here

I remember to did this after I read the "Famous Five " and "the Mysteries series"by Enyd Blyton.Where they need to send "secret" messages without letting the enemies of knowing it. So I pretend to be one of the detective and tried to pass the message to my brother. I even learn how to come out from a locked room! hahah... That time we didn't have Nintendo , PS2, PSP, PS3.PC, or many TV shows yet, so we must be pretty creative to entertain ourselves!

Do you have a budding detective at home? Does your curious first grader have a keen sense of observation? To develop a strong scientific thinking foundation, you'll want to provide opportunities for your child to explore scientific process skills such as using her senses to describe observations.

At school when your child learns about scientific concepts, she makes observations, she is encouraged to experiment with various materials and allow the materials to interact with other thing, and then make note of any changes. These are some of the fundamentals of scientific thinking and the basis for the scientific method, which she'll learn in the years ahead. Here’s an exciting experiment you can do with her at home that will continue to reinforce what she is learning at school, while dazzling her with mystery at the same time!

You Will Need:

  • Lemon juice
  • Cup
  • Paintbrush
  • White bond paper (This is white paper of 24 pound weight usually found at office supply stores.)
  • Iron NOTE: Only an adult is allowed to use the iron!
  • Newspaper

What to Do:

  1. Allow your child to squeeze the juice of one lemon into a cup.
  2. Tell your child to think of a secret message that she wants to write to a friend or family member.
  3. Then have your child dip the paintbrush in the lemon juice and paint her message on the white bond paper.
  4. Allow the paper to dry completely.
  5. Once the paper is completely dry, your child will need to place the drawing between several sheets of newspaper. Then iron the paper until your brown design appears.
  6. Allow your child to examine the secret message. Allow her to describe how the message looks different after it had been ironed, compared to how it looked before you ironed it. Then let your child deliver her secret message to her friend or family member.

Did You Know?

When the message is painted with lemon juice, it dries in an invisible design. Then when the iron heats the lemon juice markings, the natural sugar in the juice becomes activated and burns, turning into a brown carbon substance. The burned, browned juice then appears as the secret message.

So what do you think? do these experiment bring back your childhood memories ? And by the way I LOVE Enyd Blyton's book. The Famous Five, The mystery , The Secret Seven,St. Clare, The Mallory Towers! Oh how I love to buy those books to be pass on to my girls!

What is your favorite childhood books? And what is your favorite childhood activities?

Hannah Montana the movie

We took Indy to see the movie today. And she loves it. It is not bad like I thought! The stories is predictable of course but the movie teaches to stay grounded and remember where you came from even though you are famous. And be a real friends too. I think it delivers the good message for Teen and Tween and even a 7 years old like my own girl.( which I think still way too young to love teen's idols, but time has changed, While I was 7 I love Donald Duck and Popeye the sailorman for God's sake!! The Fashion icon by that time was from Japanese cartoon Candy Candy and the cool stuffs was to have the "magic pocket" or the " helicopter thing to fly" like Doraemon). But now , they got Hannah Montana, High School Musical, Jonas Brothers, I- carly, etc etc...

Oh and I love her red shoes here!

Now I got the next plan for this holiday , Indy 's school holiday is for a month ! So she will learn the hoedown throwdown moves!( second song on the list) Good idea right? She even asked if she can have the dance for her birthday party! hmm that is an idea! LOL would that be fun to see all friends move ( include the uncles and aunties too!!!)
The movie has a lot of "starts" like : Taylor Swift, Tyra Banks, Vanessa Williams and of course Daddy Montana A.K.A Billy Ray Cyrus.
And Indy went goo goo gaa gaa over her dresses, those pretty pink one, the shoes, the hair. I told her to wait until she will be 16 to enjoy that! hmm... mission impossible!
Enjoy the music on the side bar!
