Taty's farewel to KK!

So This Mak Cik Taty ( shown her with Charish's baby, Yasmeen) has just moved to Ipoh, Perak. She's been here for about 3 years and now her work required her and her hubby to be transfered to Perak.

We the "Mak" and the "Chiks" of KK have planned to meet on the 23rd of February, we didn't know back then , that this luncheon also will be the farewell for Taty. It's been a while since the last gathering ( I think back in November 07). We consider lucky to be able to keep in touch personally , via sms, via chat box or calls and even can meet each other the fellow Cloth Diapers Momma. The "Mak" and the "Chicks" of KK members are not much, but we are a group of Crazy Cool and Loud Mamma that is for sure! haahaha..

LOL , I bought 2 types of pasta , spaghetti prawn and squid in spicy tomato sauce and Fettuccine with mushroom and chicken in cream based sauce, 3 kinds of Pizzas, and I made Gado gado ala Betawi( Jakarta style) , Nel and Angie brought sushi and Ice creams too!

The hot Hip-O-Mamma and Merhnaz. So nice to see you again after you been gone for 2 months!

Anyway.....It's a pleasure to know you, you are sure one of the kind person that is special( from your gigi down to your heart).
I should know you earlier , sure we can do more things together.
We should consider ourself to be lucky, that we still got the chance to share our time together in KK.So now STOP CRYING!

I will never forget that you guided me and show me the Pasar Besar KK! haha now I pandai already! kekekekekekek.....

Christine give me the first tag after CNY holiday....this is an awfully a lot of questions to answer! LOL.

1. Last person you had a deep and meaningful conversation with?
Mimi and Taty, last saturday. We talked until 10 p.m at night. GILA.

2. Where was the last place you went?
Hair saloon, just to washed my hair this morning. I have a great excuse to be pampered in the saloon, because after Lasik , I am not suppose to wash my own hair at home for a month.Worry the water might go inside my eyes. So saloon here I come....:)

3. If you could be with your first love, would you?
hm I think I choose not to. I am more adventurous and he is a calm, tranquil type . I think I would be bored with the lifestyle .

5. Who was your first crush????
Crush? I can't really recall. I got plenty of crush haha...but it is hard for me to really like a guy. I am very picky for guy. But I got plenty of crush.....just love to admire God's great creation. :)

6. What was the last thing you highlighted?
Same as Christine, don't get what this mean.


7. Who is the last baby that you held?

Charish's baby. So cutiechubbylovely baby. And love the name too : Yasmeen.She looks like a copy of her big sista , Mehrnaz.


8. Do you know of any twins with rhyming names? My cousin in HK, Germaine and Charmine.

9. Are you ticklish? yes.

10. Have you ever worn a crown? only on my wedding day, a small crown. That was the trend in Jakarta's bridal fashion in the 90's. LOL

11. Last time you saw fireworks? Last Cap Go Meh in my neighbor's house.

12. Who is the last person you hugged? My hubby before he left to work.

13. Do you have a black dog?
No, My dogs are light brown and mixed black with dark brown.
I really want to have one German Shepherd at least, when the girls are bigger.

14. Do you have a little black dress? Still got , but never been use anymore.

15. What are you wearing right now? blouse, and knee length pants . Love knee length pants . it is not to hot to be wear at home and I can go out with that too without looking too shabby :)
KK is too hot for long jeans.

16. Who was the last person you talked to on the phone? Taty. She is busy . She will move to Ipoh by tomorrow. Good luck and take care , makcik! We will miss u.....


17. Do you like coffee? absolutely . A cup a day in the morning is a must. I just change to Bio-coffee, a great new healthier option.

18. Are you missing someone? my mom....wish I can go back to Jakarta this year.

19. Reason behind why you last cried? I can't remember when the last time I cried. Like Taty said , my hati is kering....muhahahahah....kurang ajar u , Tet!

20. How much cash do you have on you? RM 50++ in my wallet.

25. How many rolls of film do you need to get developed?Now rarely need to develop pictures, thanks to digital camera, but my husband keep insisting me to develop it, and he said he missed to see "real" photos. not only on the computer screen. So I need to develop quite a lot of photos.

26. If you had to choose between a million bucks or to be able to change a regret? can I choose both? hee heee.....
I think I choose the option to be able to change a regret.

27. What's on your mind right now? Why Maya still haven't sleep .

28. Do you have a deep dark secret? everybody does I guess. But don't know if mine consider as dark and deep. LOL

29. Do you wish you were with someone right now?
No. But I wish my dad is still here in KK with us. Indy and Maya love to play with him but they made him tired very very fast LOL

30. Who was the hottest teacher you ever had?
I never think any of my teacher is hot. Or can be hot .LOL

31. What was the last thing you ever got grounded for?
LOL. I grounded my dd but no one grounded me. As my dh put in, Mamma is the Queen of the house. No one mess with her. muahhahahahah

32. What was your childhood nickname?
Bek. Thanks to a guy in primary .

33. Do you have any strange phobias?
Of lizard . And to be lock in closed small place ( to be on the stuck elevator is a BIG nightmare for me, seriously )

34. Have you ever played naked twister?
No. I am not that crazy.:)

36. What did you fear was going to get you at night as a child?
Kuntilanak.

38. Is there anybody you just wish would fall off the planet?
I can't think of anybody right now


39. Do you crack your knuckles? yes, i do it religiously . I know it is bad. But can't help it!

40. What's one thing that can always be found in your refrigerator? Eggs, bread,milk

41. What color are your bed sheets? pink, cream,lavender.

42. How many kids do you plan on having? 2. And we have 2 girls. So factory is closed!

43. What did you do today?
Just took Indy to school, went to market, and washed my hair in the saloon. Plan to do pedicure but I run out of time and I still must wait for one person before my turn, so plan to do it later this afternoon or tomorrow morning.

44. How would you like to die? peacefully, content, and old , in my sleep.

45. Have you ever been in love? Yes. I love to be in love. :) I fell in love hard with my dh back then. (hope he never read this, as this can make his head as big as the earth)

46. When is the last time you went out of the state (province)
Last October , we went to GuangZhou.

49. Do you judge people? by the look , not really. Sometimes by the attitude. So will try not too.

50. Generally, in life, what makes you happy? Peacefull and harmony among people I love.

CNY holiday

Ok ..finally able to post some new story in my blog.
So my dad, Aunty, sis, her 2 children ( Daphne, 12, and Dylan , 9 ) were here.
My Dad stayed until the 21st of Feb. But my aunty and sis and the gank stayed until the 11th only.
My house was full and busy during this time. But we all had a great time, specially that I be able to spent more time with my dad. The last time he went to visit my house was back in Guangzhou in 2004.

This time we went to Kundasang, Island, shopping , and of course CNY 's eve dinner. Here are the photos, enjoy!

We took the boat from The Jesselton point ahead straight up to the Mamutik island. Then to Manukan and we had our buffet lunch over there.

This year Valentine's day sure is special for me as I spent it with my dad! YIPEE! We went to The Mediterranean for a great dinner, and wine .
The dinner it self came with : seafood salad, Penne salmon and vodka sauce, Lobster, Chantililly warm Chocolate cake, Coffee and tea. And we order Red wine to completed our meals.

Sunday Market at the Gaya Street , is one of the must see if you visit KK. It is busy , noisy and very interesting

After that we headed to TATU for Brunch at the Shangri-La.
We love to have brunch here.

Maya was actually having fever that day.


At night we dine at The Anjapar at Asia city, It has the great Indian food. Love the chicken tandoori and Mango Lassi

The canceled MAS flight

My dad was suppose to go back at the 20th of Feb, we went to airport and wanted to check in. But ..then they told us the flight to Spore was cancelled. WHAT?
So after an hour of tension , many phone calls after, I got the next flight on the day after and been able to rebooked the Garuda flight from Spore to Jakarta.
After that of course we are HUNGRY again, and went to Coffee bean...

Ok now we heading home and kung2 will stay for us for one more day....
YEAAAH....Indy was so happy here....
